Booking Conditions

A 10% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Final payment is required 4 weeks before the start of the tour.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your booking prior to 4 weeks before the start of the tour, 50% of your deposit will be forfeited. From 4 weeks to 2 weeks before the start, 50% of the tour cost will be forfeited and after 2 weeks before, 100% will be forfeited. We therefore recommend you buy full travel insurance.

Conditions: nzbicycletours.com ltd reserves the right to resell tour space without advising you if your final payment has not been received 4 weeks before the start of the tour. One day tours operate with a minimum of two cyclists. Multi-day tours operate with a minimum of four cyclists. We reserve the right to cancel tours if the minimum is not met.

Nzbicycletours.com ltd acts solely as an agent in providing accommodation, meals and in some cases transport and shall not be held liable in the event of any person or company failing to provide accommodation, meals or transport. Nzbicyclestours.com reserves the right to change the itinerary due to factors outside our control, eg weather and its effects.

Method of payment: Bank transfers, cheques, visa and mastercard, (via our secure link).

Liability waiver: Although nzbicycletours.com takes all practical measures to minimise risk, before your booking is accepted you need to complete the online booking form below. By accepting the booking conditionsyou agree to release nzbicyclestours.com ltd and its staff from all liability, actions, causes of actions, debts, claims and demands of every kind which may arise as a result or in connection with your tour or part of tour.
